Let's Go Louie

Events

From local runs to world majors, these are the events that shape the LETSGO journey.

Running Events

Where endurance begins — one mile, one race, one community at a time.

The long awaited return of the Allyson Whitney 5k

Catskill Run Club Events

The Catskill Run Club has grown into a vibrant hub for runners of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. From casual group runs to organized races, the club promotes inclusion, fitness, and fun. I’m honored to be a mentor and motivator here — supporting new runners through their first miles and celebrating with seasoned athletes chasing personal bests.

Cycling Events

Two wheels, one purpose — exploring endurance beyond the run.

Bike New York

Cycling through the heart of New York City is an experience unlike any other. I’ve completed Bike New York twice, each time riding alongside thousands of others, fueled by community spirit and a love for the challenge. These rides represent the joy of exploring endurance from another angle — not just running, but the power of two wheels and shared determination.

Charity & Group Rides

I’ve participated in numerous charity cycling events and local group rides, many of which connect back to causes close to my heart. These rides are about more than distance; they’re about raising awareness, meeting new athletes, and keeping the LETSGO energy alive across disciplines.

Triathlon & Multisport

Swim, bike, run — where discipline, mindset, and endurance unite.

Ironman Races

Ironman races represent the ultimate test of both body and mind. I’ve completed one Ironman with #2 on the way, and each has pushed me to new levels of discipline and endurance. Ironman is a lifestyle — a commitment to months of preparation, early mornings, long training days, and relentless perseverance. My next target: Ironman Maryland 2025, where I’ll push myself further than ever.

NYC Triathlon

A staple event in my racing career, the NYC Triathlon has become tradition. I’ve finished it five times, each one a mix of grit and joy in the heart of the city.

West Point Triathlon

I’ve also taken on the West Point Triathlon four times — a race that’s as demanding as it is inspiring. With its military history and challenging course, it represents the spirit of endurance and discipline.

SOS Triathlon (Upcoming Goal)

The Survival of the Shawangunks (SOS) Triathlon is one of the most unique and difficult triathlons in the country. It combines cycling, running, and swimming across multiple transitions — a test of versatility and resilience. Tackling this race is a major future goal on my list.

Global Marathons & Must-Do Races

Racing the world — from iconic city streets to breathtaking coastlines.

NYC Marathon

Multiple finishes, with the honor of guiding a blind veteran in 2025 with Achilles International

Paris Marathon

An unforgettable run through the City of Light, proving the global power of endurance sports

Big Sur Marathon

A race dedicated to a friend lost too soon, run with my wife on her birthday, and one of the most emotional experiences of my career

Berlin & Dublin Marathons

Part of the prestigious World Marathon Majors and SuperHalf circuits, showcasing the international reach of running
